• Santa Safari tickets are available for dates from 22nd November - 24 December. The grotto will be closed on Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th November, however the rest of the Park will remain open for those with Winter Day Tickets.
• Santa Safari tickets are priced between £22.95 and £36.95 and vary based on date.
• Santa Safari tickets includes access to:

  • Snow-covered winter wonderland in the Discovery Trail
  • Enchanted elevator experience
  • North pole and elves' workshop walk-through

• Babies under 0-12 months can visit Santa's grotto free of charge however they will not receive a present, photograph, hot or cold drink, or cookie.

• Guests with a valid Annual Pass or Free Return ticket or Winter Ticket can benefit from purchasing Santa Safari Tickets at the upgrade price of £15pp. A valid Annual Pass ID or Free Return Ticket must be presented upon arrival. Free Return codes cannot be used on 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th December.
• Guests who require additional support in order to visit will need to apply online, at least 7 working days in advance of visits, with our partner Nimbus Disability. Applications are free, you will need to ensure you submit an application for each park. Or you can choose to pay £15 to upgrade to an Access Card which can be used at both parks as well as other venues. We regret that we are no longer able to accept any other documents on the day, all guests requiring a free essential companion ticket must apply through Nimbus.
• School groups arriving in one vehicle can purchase reduced priced tickets at £15 per pupil. School tickets include the same access as standard Santa Safari tickets as above, but exclude hot or soft drink and cookie. These may be added on at a price of £2.50 per pupil. School groups will receive 1 free supervisor per 5 pupils. Please note that large groups may have to be re-formed into smaller groups to see Santa. These tickets can be booked by emailing groups@wmsp.co.uk.
• Groups of 10 or more people arriving in one vehicle (minibus or coach) can purchase reduced priced tickets at £19 per person and include the same access as standard Santa Safari tickets as above. Please note that large groups may have to be re-formed into smaller groups to see Santa. Grotto time slots for groups are at selected times across the event. These tickets can be booked by emailing groups@wmsp.co.uk.
• Grotto time slot must be selected at point of purchase. Grotto time slots are subject to availability.
• Guests must plan their day accordingly and arrive at the entrance to Santa's grotto within the 30 minute time slot as stated on their ticket. If you arrive late for your grotto time slot, we regret we may not be able to allow you into the experience.
• The VR sleigh ride experience is charged extra and may be added onto the Santa Safari ticket at £4pp

Christmas Panto

• The Christmas Panto takes place on 20th - 23rd December at 1pm and 4pm each day. Panto tickets are charged extra and are subject to availability.
• Christmas Panto tickets may be added onto the Santa Safari or Winter ticket at a discounted price of £8pp for those aged 1+, saving £5pp off the gate price.
• Christmas Panto tickets may be purchased separately for £12pp for those aged 1+. These tickets will not include access to the Safari Drive, Safari Walk or the rest of the Santa Safari experience as per the above.
• Babies under the age of 1 can enter the show for free but must be held on the lap of an accompanying adult.
• The Christmas Panto takes place in Treetops Pavillion at the entrance to the Safari Walk. Please follow directional signage on the day of your visit.
• Seating is unallocated and is on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Doors will be open half an hour prior to show time and last entry will be 10 minutes before the show starts to avoid any delays to the performance.
• Guests must plan their day accordingly and allow for sufficient time for the Santa grotto experience (approximately 1 hour), and Safari Drive (approximately 2 hours) to ensure prompt arrival before the show starts.
