Renew your pass
Looking to renew your Annual Pass? You'll receive a 10% discount if you renew 1 week before your pass is due to expire or up to 30 days after the expiry date!
Don't forget to use the prefix "R" followed by your current annual pass barcode, to renew online!
RESERVE YOUR VISIT
Although passholders do not need to reserve their visit on a standard day, the option is there if you wish to!
For special events such as Santa Safari, passholders are required to pre-book their visit online and pay the reduced Upgrade Fee of £15pp.
SAFARI LODGES
If you're a Gold or Ultimate passholder, you can benefit from 10% off an overnight stay in one of our fabulous Safari Lodges!
Once you have made your Lodges booking online, please contact hello@safari-lodges.co.uk and provide your annual pass membership details, and our team will be able to issue you a 10% refund. You will also need to show your Annual Pass on your check-in to the Lodge.

No pre-booking is required. Simply arrive on the day and let the team know you are an Ultimate Annual Passholder to gain entry.
