Renew your pass
Looking to renew your Annual Pass? You'll receive a 10% discount if you renew 1 week before your pass is due to expire or up to 30 days after the expiry date!
Don't forget to use the prefix "R" followed by your current annual pass barcode, to renew online!
RESERVE YOUR VISIT
Although passholders do not need to reserve their visit on a standard day, the option is there if you wish to!
For special events such as Santa Safari, passholders are required to pre-book their visit online and pay the reduced Upgrade Fee of £15pp.
SAFARI LODGES
If you're a Gold or Ultimate passholder, you can benefit from 10% off an overnight stay in one of our fabulous Safari Lodges!
Once you have made your Lodges booking online, please contact hello@safari-lodges.co.uk and provide your annual pass membership details, and our team will be able to issue you a 10% refund. You will also need to show your Annual Pass on your check-in to the Lodge.

Paying monthly? Here are all of the membership details you need to know:
Silver Membership:
Your payment plan
First payment: £35
Followed by 11 monthly payments of £5
Total cost across 12 months: £90
From Year 2:
Payments will be spread evenly across 12 months.
Monthly cost will be £7.50 per month (subject to any future price changes, which we’ll always notify you about in advance)
Gold Membership:
Your payment plan
First payment: £40
Followed by 11 monthly payments of £7
Total cost across 12 months: £117
From Year 2:
Payments will be spread evenly across 12 months.
Monthly cost will be £9.75 per month (subject to any future price changes, which we’ll communicate in advance)
Ultimate Membership:
Your payment plan
First payment: £50
Followed by 11 monthly payments of: £19.50
Total cost across 12 months: £264.50

Payments will be spread evenly across 12 months.
Monthly cost will be £22.04 per month (subject to any future price changes, which we’ll notify you about in advance)
Payment schedule
Your payments will be taken automatically using your chosen payment method on the same date each month.
Your commitment
Your Monthly Membership is a 12-month agreement, and payments will continue for the full term.
Auto-renewal
Your pass will automatically renew at the end of your 12-month period.
