Competition T+Cs

  1. The promoters are: West Midlands Safari Park Ltd. whose registered office is at Spring Grove, Bewdley, DY12 1LF  
  2. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over. 
  3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition. 
  4. The start of the prize draw competition is 24th May 2024.  
  5. The closing date for entry will be 28th May 2024. 
  6. The winner will be selected at random and notified via email within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 4 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
  7. One winner will win: 
    1. x4 Admission tickets for West Midlands Safari Park, to visit on either 1st or 2nd June 2024, with a meet & greet session to meet Chase & Skye - PAW Patrol.
  8. The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternatives will be offered, and the prize is subject to availability on date requested by winner. 
  9. West Midlands Safari Park’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and photographs in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 
  11. The winner’s name will be available to all entrants 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@wmsp.co.uk  
  12. You are providing your information to West Midlands Safari Park only. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at wmsp.co.uk/privacy  
  13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
