African Elephants

See our pair of majestic African elephants, Five and Coco, on the Safari Drive!

Our female, named Five, has been at the Safari Park since 1998 and gave birth to the first calf, Sutton, in 2014, who has now moved to another wildlife park. Coco, our bull elephant, arrived at the Park in August 2023 as a companion for Five, and we’re hoping the pair will be able to breed in the future.

Their expansive habitat includes outdoor pool, mud wallows, a state-of-the-art elephant house, dust baths and feeding areas.
