NEW ENTRANCE PROCESS
From Monday 5th June 2023, the way guests enter the Safari Park will be different.
From this date, guests can enter the car parking areas without having to present a ticket. Those with pre-booked tickets will have mandatory time slot ticket to enter our Safari Drive-through, as well as a ticket to enter our Walk-through areas. Those who need to buy a ticket can park their vehicle, and head to our Ticket Office at Lost City Plaza to purchase on-the-day tickets!
We really appreciate your understanding and patience as we introduce this new process and hope that these changes will improve guest experiences during your visit.
Please note, during our Winter Season (24th November 2023 – 9th February 2024), guests will not need to choose a time slot to enter the Safari Drive-through.
MANDATORY TIME SLOTS
You are now required to choose a time slot to enter the Safari Drive-through when you pre-book your tickets online.
It’s essential that you keep to this time slot when you visit. If you have missed your time slot, you will need to speak to our team located at the Ticket Office.
If your Safari Drive-through time slot is later in the day, you are still able to visit the walk-through areas of the Park as soon as the Park opens.
Please note, during our Winter Season (24th November 2023 – 9th February 2024), guests will not need to choose a time slot to enter the Safari Drive-through.
ENTRY TO THE SAFARI DRIVE-THROUGH
Please follow directional signage within the car park, and arrive at the Safari Drive-through entrance within your allocated time slot. It may take over 2 hours to drive around our Safari, so we’d advise taking refreshments and using the toilets before your journey. Guests will only be able to drive round once during your allocated time slot.
ENTRY TO THE WALK-THROUGH AREAS
Have your Walk-through ticket ready to be scanned at the turnstiles by Lost City Plaza to allow entry to all areas of the Park that can be explored on foot! You can enter these areas as soon as the Park opens, and re-enter as many times as you like throughout your day!
ESSENTIAL COMPANIONS
From Monday 5th June 2023 – We have amended the way we now offer a free essential companion ticket (previously carer ticket). Any guests who require additional support in order to visit us will need to apply online through our new partner, Nimbus Disability, at least 7 days in advance of a visit. All applications, if successful, are valid for 3 years so you need only apply once.
If your application has been approved, you will be able to pick up an essential companion ticket from the Ticket Office on the day you visit, showing your Access Card or free access details.
We will no longer accept any documentation (Blue Badge/DLA/PIP etc.) on arrival for free companion tickets. Any guests who arrive and have not applied through Nimbus, will be required to pay.
