Terms of Entry
It is a condition of entry that the West Midland Safari and Leisure Park Terms and Conditions of Entry have been understood, accepted and are adhered to – failure to do so may result in non-admission or ejection from the Park.
Entry prices are in accordance with those displayed at the point of entry and will be charged per person.
At all times please ensure that you obey the safety regulations and signage displayed throughout the Park.
West Midland Safari and Leisure Park excludes to the maximum permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to person/property in or around the Safari Park.
West Midland Safari & Leisure Park accepts no responsibility for damage to persons or property by animals. Under no circumstance will West Midland Safari & Leisure Park accept responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle entering or exiting the electric gates.
Once you have paid to enter West Midland Safari and Leisure Park, refunds will not be considered.
West Midland Safari and Leisure Park reserves the right to amend and/or alter the conditions of issue associated with the entrance to the Park without any prior notification.
It must be understood that for operational, technical, weather-related or other reasons beyond our control, any attraction may have to be closed, removed, altered in type or otherwise be unavailable at any time, without prior notice.
If at any time a guest’s standard of behaviour falls below that expected by the Park, the individual may be asked to leave the Park and no refunds will be considered concerning any purchase that may have been made; whilst not an exhaustive list this would include admission charge and wristband/ride tickets. West Midland Safari and Leisure Park will not under any circumstances tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour towards any member of staff or fellow guest.
Please note that all of the buildings and rides within the Park are designated as non-smoking; this is for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Please ensure compliance at all times.
On certain days the Park may need to close early for an evening event. Information to this effect will be displayed at the entrance. Once you have paid to enter the Park on any such day, no refund will be considered.
Soft-top cars are not permitted through the Carnivore section of the reserve and must follow the bypass signage. All soft and hard-topped cars must have their roof up in all areas of the reserve. Three-wheelers and motorbikes are not permitted through the safari drive through. In addition to this ladders, trailers and any bikes attached to the vehicle must be removed before entering. Externally mounted items such as spare wheels/ wheel covers should also be removed to prevent damage.
No dogs are allowed within the site, other than at the boarding kennels located at the entry to the Park (please visit reception for a key).
West Midland Safari and Leisure Park’s decision on all matters relating to admission to the Safari Park and/or to these conditions shall be final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.

Booking Tickets Online
Every effort is made to maintain your confidentiality when securing an online payment. This includes the confidentiality of your card details and other personal information.
The information contained on our website and booking system is believed to be correct. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend any part of it if such alterations are thought necessary. In particular, we reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice provided that such changes are notified to you before you book your visit.
Booking tickets online is an ideal way to save money on admission, ride wristbands or special events. Please note the following constraints for the purchase of online tickets. By purchasing online tickets you will be required to understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
A short time after your order has been processed, you will receive a link via email allowing you to download your ticket. This ticket must be brought with you on the day of your visit. To ensure you receive your downloadable ticket in time, we strongly recommend ordering your tickets at least 24 hours before you plan to visit. We will not be responsible for tickets not arriving on time if they are ordered less than 24 hours in advance.
All tickets purchased online are valid for one occasion, are non-refundable and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Open-dated tickets can be used on any open day during the season for which they are purchased. Date-specific admission tickets or event tickets are only valid for the date shown. Full details of validity will be shown on the ticket. If you do not use your ticket within the valid period, we are unable to offer any refund or compensation.
Concessionary prices are available to students (valid Student ID must be presented on the day of visit) and over 65s.
We will admit a carer free of charge when a guest with disabilities purchases a full price adult or child ticket.One of the following must be presented upon arrival in order to qualify for a free carer ticket:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Access Card
- Blue Badge (photo ID required)
Documentation should be dated within the last 24 months, documentation dated later than this may be rejected. Documentation may be printed or may be shown on mobile phones alongside physical photo IDs.
If more than one carer is required to accompany a guest with disabilities, a signed headed letter from a GP must be presented, detailing the required number of carers, alongside photo ID.
For carers who work within a professional care home, we will also accept a signed headed letter from the manager of the care home, when accompanying paying residents/clients, alongside photo ID.
The above documentation will also be requested at the Wristband Office if a carer is required to accompany guests with disabilities who have purchased an adult or child wristband for rides within the Adventure Theme Park.
Failure to produce the appropriate documentation on arrival to the Park will result in guests needing to pay an admission fee at the gate. No exceptions will be considered.
Visually impaired guests are admitted free of charge together with a seeing guide accompanying them. Evidence of disability may be requested.
Retail Online Shop
- You can cancel your order and receive a refund if you notify us as set out below within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- To cancel your order, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include your order number and full name in the email. If you have already received the goods, you must return the goods at your own costs within 14 days of your email.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. You also need to have proof of purchase.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned items and let you know if the return has been accepted. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note refunds will take 7-10 days to be processed.
- Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will aim to correct this as soon as possible.

- Orders will be sent within 5 days of receiving your order, this may be extended during busy periods.
- You will receive an email when the items have been dispatched to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Delivery will be 3-5 days from dispatch. We do not use order tracking on any orders.
- Orders can only be dispatched to the United Kingdom, any orders outside of the United Kingdom will be cancelled.
