Thank you for coming to the Employment Section at West Midland Safari Park!!

Throughout the season, we have vacancies across our whole site, that cover a whole range of departments.

Primarily, all vacancies include dealing with customers , so we need staff who will pride themselves on excellent customer care and want to help us achieve our mission, which is:

"to provide a safe, memorable and enjoyable day out for all of our guests".

Before you can be considered for a position, you will need to complete an online application form.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your application if you are unable to confirm the above details.

In addition, there are boxes that need completing with regards to skills etc. Please note that the form is unable to accept more than 200 characters in each box, so please ensure that you keep your wording to a minimum.

Once we receive your completed application form, you will receive an e-mail confirming whether we will be able to process your application form further.

Should you have the required attributes (well done if you have!!), we will then be in touch for you to come down and see us for a group interview, normally within one month of receiving your application form.

We schedule group interviews monthly from February until October, but this may change in line with the requirements of the business.

Interviews tend to take place after 5pm (you will be informed of the time when you are contacted to attend an interview) and we will normally have around 30 people at the same time. During this interview, you will be required to socialise with each other, perform a few small tasks and will have a brief one to one interview with our Supervisors. Our interviews tend to take up to 2 1/2 hours each time.

Once you have completed your interview, we will then be in touch within 10 days to confirm whether you have been successful for a position with us.
