The birthday party package is only available for groups of 10 or more children and is charged at £19.95 per child. This price includes admission to the safari park, a multi ride wristband for the rides in the amusement area and a children’s meal in the Explorers Café with themed cups, napkins, hats for the birthday child. In addition, providing the birthday child is aged 5 years or over, they are invited to the Star of the Sea Lion Show!

Two supervising adults will be admitted free of charge (including wristbands) for every group of 10 paying children. Any additional adults will be charged at a reduced rate of £7.00 for admission and £8.25 for a multi ride wristband.

Self-drive Animal Safari - This incorporates our Kingdom of the White Lions and Cheetah Plains. You’ll certainly feel “on Safari” when you come face to face with Lions, Tigers, Giraffes, Rhinos, Wallabies, Camels, Elephants, Ostrich, Emus and all kinds of Antelope! You can also drive through as many times as you wish!

Discovery Trail -

• Seal Island – Complete with cove and underwater viewing facility.
• Reptile House – Home of TV Star Mark O’Shea – as well as a wonderful array of snakes and reptiles from all over the world.
• Creepy Crawlies - A chance to see some of the creepiest, crawliest creatures on the planet!!
• Seaquarium – With its breath-taking world of underwater wildlife and brilliant touch screen technology.
• Animal and Reptile Encounters – Meet some of the Park’s more friendly animals, under the charge of their keeper, of course.
• PLUS - Meet our Pigmy Goats and visit the Conservation area with our rare Amur Leopards.

Hippo Lakes – Feeding time is always fun! A purpose built viewing platform above the lake is the ideal vantage point.

Safari Express Train Ride – Ferries visitors from the main car park to the amusement area and back again!

Wristbands for unlimited rides in the amusement area – Enjoy a host of fantastic rides to suit all members of the family – sure to thrill!! (Certain height restrictions apply). Multi-ride wristbands are available for the extra adults for £8.25 each.

Star of the Sea Lion Show! – If the lucky party Boy or Girl is 5 years or over, there is also a chance to take part in a Sea Lion Show from their seat in the audience. The Birthday Child will be wished a personal Happy Birthday and feed a sea lion at the end of the show. As a lasting memory of the occasion, they will also be presented with a personal Birthday Certificate to take home!

Party Meals – The party meal will generally be served in the Explorers Café in Discovery Trail. There is a choice of chicken goujons, fish goujons, sausages with new potatoes or chips and vegetables or baked beans. Alternatively, opt for the delicious vegetarian option of spicy tomato pasta. All meals include a soft drink, Capri-sun or bottle of water. Adult meals are not included. Kindly note menu choices need to be booked in advance

Added Extras for a Memorable Day:

• Classroom Hire – A guaranteed private space for your party £35 per hour or £200 for the day, must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

• Guided Minibus tour – Book our minibus and receive a guided tour from one of our knowledgeable drivers. Educational and fun. Scheduled to leave at 10:15am so you can beat the queues in the reserve only £50 for your exclusive hire, seats up to 14 passengers (we ask that children are accompanied by at least one adult).

• Private Face Painter – Hire one of our talented staff to paint all of your group’s faces, including the adults! Just £35 for up to a group of 15 children.

• Animal Character – for £15, have one of our animal mascots meet and greet your party in Explorers restaurant. A fantastic photo opportunity and will definitely put a smile on the children’s faces. You can request our Lion or Tiger or opt for a surprise!

• Animal Food – enhance your experience by getting up-close and feeding the animals. For just £3 per box of food, this makes a memorable addition to the day.

• Goody Bags – send the children away with memories for the day with our safari themed goody bags. Just £3 a bag.

• Guidebooks - at only £4 each these are detailed guides with information on all of our animals and attractions. Not only is this an excellent souvenir of the day it also has an animal spotter in the back and information on our adopt-a-buddy package.
