Games Manager
West Midland Safari Park has a vacancy for a Midway Games Manager.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic Manager within our Games Department, ideally with previous experience of the Leisure or Sales Industry at a similar level.
Predominantly, the role will include ensuring all games units on our site are operational as well as profitable. Therefore, duties will include supervision and guidance of staff, including staff training, to maximise profits and opportunities in the area. The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills and outgoing nature and be confident talking to staff and guests alike.
With a passion for people and good customer service skills, it will be your responsibility to help develop, motivate and lead this department. With your desire to succeed, together with the ability to develop and nurture your staff the right candidate can succeed and develop their career.
We do also operate on other locations, so the successful applicant must have a full, valid driving license and be prepared to commute to other areas when required.
Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate responsibility for cash handling and reconciliation.
This permanent position is based on working up to 37.5 hours per week including weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
