SEAL OF APPROVAL FOR CHRISTMAS CARD WINNERS!
Winners of the Christmas School Drawing Competition celebrated their win with a visit to West Midland Safari Park on 18th September and had a lovely time meeting the cast of the Sea Lion Show!
Two lucky winners from Shenstone Lodge School, in Lichfield were chosen out of dozens of entries and won a free trip to the Park for their class, which included free admission, free wristbands and a VIP Sea Lion encounter - a trip that was worth over £250.00.
The budding artists and winner in the 0-9 years Category was Isaac Duzan, aged 9.
In the 10-16 years Category the winner was Thomas Murphy, aged 10.

West Midland Safari Park will be offering another free VIP trip for one lucky class in 2009.

There is lots to inspire you, from Santa’s Reindeer, Camels which could carry the three kings, Hippo’s wallowing in the snow, or any of our other animals enjoying the festive season.
Why not send us your festive safari drawing. Drawings will be displayed in our Discovery Trail throughout December. A winner from each age category will receive a VIP trip to the Safari Park for their class in 2009.

Closing date for submitting images is 10th December 2008.
However images will be displayed in the Discovery Trail from the 30th November – 24th December 2008, so early submission is recommended. Winners will be notified in January 2009.

Terms and conditions
- All entries must be linked to the theme of the Safari Park and/or Christmas.
- Only one image may be submitted per pupil. Competition is open to school pupils only. The competition is not open to West Midland Safari Park staff’s immediate families.
- Any drawing/painting materials can be used. Photographs are not allowed. Image must be flat and single sided, on paper/card.
- Each entry must be marked with name, age, school name, address and phone number, and must be accompanied by a fully completed entry form.
- Winner of each category receives a VIP trip to the Safari Park for his/her school class. Winners and classmates may be required for publicity photographs.
- There are no cash alternatives to any of the prizes and the judges’ decision is final.
- West Midland Safari and Leisure Park would like to use any artwork provided to them in their promotional literature.
- Artwork will not be returned. Whilst every care will be taken, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
- Closing date is December 10th 2008.
